Besides NCLB/Title IID funds from the federal government, New York State has a state-funded Learning Technology Grant Program. In comparison to the Title IID funds for education technology ($65 million for 2004-05), NYS Learning Technology is significantly less, with an annual appropriation of $3.3 million.
